Margaret has been teaching Cardio Ballroom classes for over 10 years now. She designed this fitness program based on her experience in both Physical Education as well as dance. Margaret incorporates various dances, including Ballroom, Latin, Argentine Tango, Swing, Belly and Folk Dancing, to create an exciting, full body workout. Each month a new routine is introduced. An assortment of various dance genres keeps classes fresh and challenging. Participants build their stamina, balance and coordination while learning the proper dance technique. Our twice-weekly cardio classes are certainly a great way to get in shape, but also to meet other Ladies who enjoy dancing and have similar fitness goals.
Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. No partner necessary!
Classes are offered on Mondays and Fridays at 12 pm.
